As the tallest building in Saigon South, this commercial structure has views to Ho Chi Minh downtown towards the North and a web of canals to the South. Crowning the tower is seven floors of luxury penthouse apartments, with complementary shops on the first tree floors of the tower. The double-glazed curtain wall acts as insulation for cool air, minimizing the energy output.
